Marianna Hayes Chapman is founder and marketing coach at Mississippi-based HALO Business Advisors (aka Team HALO) and founder and manager of the Results Revolution project.

Marianna founded HALO Business Advisors, a marketing consulting firm dedicated solely to helping locally owned and operated small businesses, with a business partner in 1999.

Since then, Marianna has spoken to conferences, taught seminars and successfully coached hundreds of small business owners across the United States. She is a recovering plan-a-holic that likes to cut through the clutter and waste in business and marketing to help businesses find success.

As a Main Street marketing expert, Marianna’s passion and vision for America’s small business owners and their local communities is contagious. Marianna frequently posts her advice and practical resources on the blog associated with the Results Revolution project at www.resultsrevolution.com. She is a frequent speaker at the National Main Street Conference and America’s Mart University as well as many other regional, state and local level small business groups across America.

Besides a passion for small business marketing, Marianna enjoys cooking with her family, writing, reading and traveling to exciting downtown destinations. This year, Marianna, along with husband Andy, is training for a half-marathon and reading through the Bible in one year.

Marianna is a native of Lexington, Miss. where she chaired the town’s first Main Street Promotions Committee, later received “Volunteer of the Year” from the same organization and was awarded “Best Image Promotion” two years in a row from the Mississippi Main Street Association for projects HALO completed on behalf of her hometown.

Marianna attended Belhaven College and completed her studies in Communications and Psychology at Mississippi College. Home is anywhere in the Deep South where she can spend time with her husband Andy and three children, Miller, 8, Rachel, 4 and Kate, 3 and the family Springer spaniel named Molly.
